Good Ranchers is a pop-up meat retailer that recently launched a new subscription service and e-commerce website.
Goals
To build brand awareness that extended beyond their tent sales to a more national level around a new product offering and target consumer. To effectively transition from a cost-effective way to buy meat in bulk, to the more luxury model of “having it delivered straight to your door with one click of a button”.
Tactics
Create and execute a seamless and effective social media strategy that continued to promote their current model of business as well as introduce their new subscription program with nationwide shipping.
To weave in storytelling around new service offerings into all aspects of digital marketing strategy. This included introducing logistics, reassuring high-quality products, and solving problems for the consumers.
Engaged with consumers by incentivizing them to share exciting testimonials, eye-catching pictures of recipes, and unique tips after experiencing the new product services.
Developed social strategy for Pinterest, Pinterest SEO, and SEO blogs with storytelling in order to drive traffic to relevant blog posts and product pages.
Created an influencer program and handled all logistics of the influencer strategy, including finding influencers who were a fit for the brand, negotiating rates, setting/managing deliverables, answering questions and prompting ideas, ordering subscriptions, and more.
Results
Within two months the website was ranking for 800 more keywords and organic site traffic more than doubled. Jayme created a Pinterest account from scratch and quickly grew it to an audience of almost 500k monthly viewers. This account remained a top source for website traffic and subscription purchases long after the initial launch. Influencer partnerships with tracking codes proved to be a successful sales strategy, creating high-level brand awareness, and presenting the brand to new customers.
